Heather practices in the areas of construction law and civil litigation where she has represented owners, developers, prime contractors, subcontractors, and material and equipment suppliers in a wide variety of matters, including defect claims, contract and lien disputes, bid protests, bond claims, and CCB claims. She has served on the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar Construction Law Section, and was named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2009 through 2014. She obtained her B.A. at the College of Wooster and her J.D. at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Heather is licensed to practice law in Washington and Oregon.
