Scott Clement is one of the founding partners of the firm. He has practiced in Washington for over 30 years and in Oregon for over 10 years. Scott’s practice includes representation of parties in all of the practice areas for the firm. He has handled multi-party complex litigation involving high dollar exposure claims for property damage and bodily injury for most of his career. Scott was National Counsel in the l-tryptophan litigation. He has been named a Super Lawyer and Top Lawyer from 2006 to the present and is AV rated. He frequently speaks at local and regional seminars and provides training for his clients on an annual basis. Scott has spent his lifetime in the northwest, having graduated from Western Washington University in 1983 and Seattle University School of Law in 1986.
