Melody Retallack joined Clement & Drotz in 2016. With an impressive track record, Melody has successfully advocated for her clients for over 15 years, showcasing her skills in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters. Melody focuses her practice on civil litigation, including catastrophic injury cases, general liability, construction defect and premises liability. Melody earned her B.A. from the University of Washington with a degree in psychology and political science. She graduated from University of Dayton Law School with a JD in 2008 with a distinction in civil trial practice. While in law school, Melody gained experience as a law clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office in Dayton, Ohio. After graduating from UDLS, she joined a small plaintiff’s practice in Seattle, and then moved to a large Seattle-based insurance defense firm. Melody left the large insurance defense firm, where she gained useful experience in a variety of different areas of law, to join Clement & Drotz. Melody is licensed to practice law in Washington State. When she is not practicing law, Melody enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
