Marnie Silver has successfully defended construction defect, products and premises liability, personal injury, and aviation claims for more than 20 years. She has represented clients in all phases of the litigation process, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trial, and appeals. Marnie was born and raised in Bremerton and attended Charles Wright Academy in Tacoma. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Washington Honors Program in 2000 and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law in 2003. She is admitted to the United States District Court for both the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington and the District of Oregon. She was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2016, 2017 and 2018. When she is not practicing law, Marnie enjoys cooking, traveling and volunteering at her son’s school.
